Higher Purpose Youth Ministry






Higher Purpose is a ministry of The River Community Church for students in the 7th-12th grades.  Higher Purpose meets every Wednesday night at 7pm at The River Church Ministry Center, 6322 Ramsey St.
 
 
   
 
The goal of the Higher Purpose leadership team is to teach students to imitate Christ by proclaiming radically the new life Christ has given to us by giving His life for us.  We want to share Christ with friends, family members, and people across the street and around the world. Youth have a unique place in God's work and we want to equip them to fulfill His purposes for their lives, now and in the years to come.
  
 
 
 
   
 
We seek to accomplish these goals through regular meetings where we study and discuss the word of God; fun fellowship-based activities, and through service projects aimed at sharing our resources with our community and our world.
