The Leadership Team at The River Community Church has spent many years commited to Christian service. Our staff enjoys serving our community, whether in sharing our faith or just lending a helping hand. Here are a few of The River Community Church's staff members, starting with Todd Brady:
 Todd Brady (Lead Pastor)  Pastor Brady is the founding pastor of The River Community Church and brings many years of ministry experience and a creative passion to the church. Pastor Todd has been involved with several other church plants in his 21 years of Ministry. He is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master's of Divinity. Before, during, and after seminary, Pastor Todd has led the church in youth ministry, discipleship, and pastoral roles; but church-planting has always been on his heart. Pastor Todd has always had a heart to reach people for Jesus Christ and his leadership provides the church with a passion to do just that. He is a gifted communicator with a strong command of God's Word. He is a leader of leaders and provides the leadership for staff and ministry leaders as well. He and his wife Angela, have two children, Josh and Rebecca. Josh and Rebecca are both active in serving the Lord. The Brady's work as a team in their family and ministry in which God has blessed their marriage, family, and ministry to be in partnership with the Great Commission and Kingdom Growth. He loves to cook on the grill, ride his Harley or drive the SS with the top down! |
 Chad Lingerfelt Executive Pastor (Administrator) Chad and his wife Tammie have retired from the Air Force after serving our country for over 20 years. During the past 15 years of military service, they have served our Lord, Christ Jesus through Youth ministry, Sunday School, international mission trips, and various administrative responsibilities. They have two boys, their oldest son currently serving in the Air Force Reserves, while their youngest attends Liberty University, participates in extracurricular sports, and serves the Lord at RCC. Chad is passionate about Discipleship & Personal Spiritual Growth. He believes that followers of Christ have the potential to be everything that God wants them to be through the ongoing process of spiritual maturity and personal growth. He is trained in a variety of discipleship methods and strategies, and uses these experiences to lead others to a deeper walk with Christ. Chad is an exceptional Leader with a heart for teaching and missions. He is RCC's Administrator, and is responsible for the leadership training of all our team leaders. His influence helps fulfill our vision of multiplying disciples, multiplying small groups, and multiplying churches. Chad demonstrates his faith as he helps guide RCC to reach others for Christ across the street and around the world.  Ben Coleman (Worship/Youth Minister) Ben Coleman is the Youth Minister at The River Community Church. He has a heart and passion for discipling young people into a deeper relationship with God. He wants to equip them for life by teaching God's truth directly from the Bible. He attended Campbell University and has over three years of experience discipling and working with youth. Ben and his wife Melissa are a team and partners in their ministry. Melissa is attending Liberty University and is majoring in Religion. She is also passionate about discipling the females and meeting their spiritual needs. Together, they will provide a God centered exciting Youth Ministry that teaches young people to seek God's purpose for their lives and helps them develop a heart for serving Christ.
Ben has a servant’s heart and loves teaching God's word. He feels called to meet peoples' needs through local and foreign missions. He has a passion for authentic praise and worship. He is committed to doing whatever it takes to assist the River Community Church honor and serve our Lord Jesus Christ.

 Linda Raynor (Children's Ministry Director) Linda is the Children's Ministry Director at the River Community Church. She has over 30 years of serving the Lord in children's ministry areas.
Linda and her husband Wayne have 3 children and 4 grandchildren, and have made their home in nearby Linden for the past 6 years. Wayne is a retired Public Health Administrator and serves as an Elder here at the RIver. Their youngest child Karyn participates in the Youth program and serves on the Worship Team.
Our goal for our children here at the River is for them to grow in their knowledge of the Lord in a safe and loving environment. We provide age appropriate study through our "Praise Factory" curriculum. The children will enjoy Bible study, crafts, games, music and other activities. We pray that our children will grow physically and spiritually as Jesus did. "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man" Luke 2:52

Patty Lancaster (Ministry Assistant) Patty is the Ministry Assistant for The River and does the day to day clerical and financial operations. She began her ministry here at The River in April 2007. If you have any questions feel free to contact her at any time! Patty and her husband John have served the Lord faithfully through Sunday School, Children's Ministry, VBS, Youth Ministry and various other leadership roles. They have two beautiful children, John III and Vicky. John is a graduate of SVHS and is currently working in the retail field. Vicky is a graduate of MHCHS and is pursuing a degree in Pharmacy at Campbell University. |
